What to do if you did not received OTP during login?

There are certain reasons why will you not be able to receive the OTP. These are listed below -

• One such reason can be the poor network connection.
• Please check your internet connection, you will not be able to receive the OTP if the connection is not good.

• In such case, you may retry to login again.
• To receive the OTP, the student should make sure that he/she is doing the login from the registered contact number only.
• Once the student will enter the registered contact number, they will received an OTP which they can enter and login in the exam.
